Reopening some classes from week commencing 17th May

At last we can reopen some classes from w/c 17th May! All classes will be subject to reduced capacity so please prebook your place by contacting the class organiser.

Post Natal Fitness Pilates – Mondays 10.30-11.30am – A Pilates class for post natal mums and babies to get your strength, flexibility and body back. Contact Sarah Langford on 07920408013

JumpFit  – Mondays 7.30-8.30pm Jumping Fitness for all, rebounding reduces body fat, tones your body, increases agility, strengthens muscles and provides an aerobic effect on your heart, rejuvenates you when you’re tired but best of all makes you smile!    Contact

Baby Sensory Bristol South are running various classes all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during June. Baby Sensory is a baby development class for babies aged 0-13 months.
