P.C. Ben Blackmore has set up local residents group meetings within the greater Bedminster area. These groups are designed to give residents the opportunity to speak face to face with a Police Officer, someone from Bristol City Council, as well as other agencies upon request.
A number of these groups are now running in South Bristol and have changed many things in their areas from road markings to adding bins and benches to communal areas.
The groups hold a one hour meeting once a month and a new one is taking place here at the Community Centre from 6-7pm on every third Tuesday in the month.
